I got an amazing haircut today.

Nevaeh, my grandmothers pit bull, bit Scout today.
She's got two good sized puncture wounds...one on her neck and one on her shoulder.
The vet says she'll be fine and she's kinda funny all loaded on pain pills.

I wasn't worried at all when I got the call.
I figured my grams was just overreacting because she's obsessed with all of the dogs.
When she brought Scout home, I freaked and cried a little bit.
She looks awful and seems really sad/scared/traumatized.
I knew I loved that little shit, but now I know that my life would be shit without her.

I can't afford to be the special kind of dog owner that takes her dogs to day care while at work, but I'm definitely going to hire a dog walker so I don't have to rely on my grandmother so much.

My boss freaked out when one of the affiliate leaders said the word 'queer' and immediately called me to ask if this was an acceptable term. 
I am now the official Queer Ambassador of my organization.
Then our admin assistant told me she is bi and asked me if I could recommend books on polyamory.
All I could think of was the ethical slut because that's really all I've read.
Does anyone, and by anyone I mean GLITTERBUTCH, have some good recommendations?
